Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 240 gr. flour
- 200 gr. sugar
- 70 gr. Value pure cocoa
- 120 gr. black coffee
- 120 gr. milk
- 100 gr. sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking
- 1 teaspoon baking
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar until doubled in volume, add the milk, coffee, oil and vanilla (all the liquids) whisk well. On the other hand the dry mix, flour, chocolate, yeast, salt and baking soda. Beat but little and end with spatula. Pour into a well greased and floured pan and bake 180 degrees about 40 minutes, watch from the 25 minutes, every oven is different.
